Why Morphology Matters

By the end of this module, participants will:

• Have a better understanding of the basics of morphology
• Gain background knowledge of how English words are constructed and why
• Understand how morphology knowledge is incorporated into the new 2023 Ontario Language Curriculum
• Be able to explain why morphology matters in our classroom learning and teaching

This module will take about 1 hour to complete.
