This Google Sheets document is designed to support K-2 educators in analyzing their Acadience reading data. It features a dedicated sheet for each grade level at each time window, allowing educators to input raw scores. The document automatically compares raw scores to benchmark scores, colour codes data, and calculates composite scores efficiently. This allows for a quick and easy way to understand both individual student profiles, as well as broader systems-level trends.

Hello ONlit team,
Any updates on a Gr. 3 reading data sheet? I have some Gr. 2/3 teachers that are keen on collecting their Gr. 3 students’ data along with their Gr. 2 data.
Thanks very much!
Hi Leigh – yes! There are junior-level data sheets now in the resource library.
Is there any chance that there is a similar reading data sheet for Gr. 3+? TIA!
Hi Leigh! Good news – the team is working on some sheets for grades 3 and up. They should be up in the resource library later this week 🙂
Excellent news! Thank you so much Una!
Hello, I was wondering if the other would be open to receiving an email with some questions about the sheet.
Would these be appropriate for older students who are currently reading well below grade level?
Looks like it!
If the data is for your own records and not for reporting purposes, you definitely could!
So helpful!
So easy to use and automatically organizes screener data!
