Building Strong Mathematical Foundations in Kindergarten: 2026 Curriculum in Focus

Deepen your understanding of the foundations of mathematics in Ontario’s Kindergarten Curriculum (2026). This webinar is intended to support Kindergarten educators in teaching and assessing the new foundational mathematics learning areas in the curriculum. Participants will explore the new Foundations of Language and Mathematics strand alongside the Mathematics Continuum (Kindergarten–Grade 3) and discuss practical examples of effective instructional and assessment strategies. Participants will also have the opportunity to share questions and areas of interest to inform future webinars.
