This IDA Ontario webinar focuses on how to implement a Structured Literacy Block in Grade One by breaking down the learning day into three different sections. The first block is about Oral language, knowledge, Language Comprehension, Vocabulary and Fluency. The second block is building Word Recognition skills through systematic and explicit instruction. The third block is on how to plan small group instruction.
