As I come back to this resource to dive into text comprehension, I am thinking about how great this information is- but the challenges of teaching this well. The science of teaching and learning. This is where SRSD can play an evidence- based role in supporting reading comprehension.
Thank you Una!
I personally would also appreciate to see a newCanadian Reading Panel put together, and have also it address the orthographic system in detail.
Much appreciated!
Is it me? Or does there not appear to be a link for the resource ‘Putting Readers First’?
Great catch! Just updated the link – sorry about that 🙂
