Text Cohesion
Text Cohesion refers to the various linguistic techniques used to connect ideas within and between sentences as well as from one part of a text to another. In the following video, you will learn about two types of cohesive ties. When explicitly taught, these techniques can help students better understand texts and express themselves more clearly in their writing.
