Sentence Anagrams

Sentence Anagrams, also called sentence scrambles, are a simple activity to incorporate into any area of instruction. Sentence anagrams help to build students’ syntactic awareness as they work to manipulate word order in sentences. This simple instructional strategy can be used in a systematic and scaffolded way with students from the early primary grades all the way into high school!
