Systems Change Collaborative 2026-2027

Now entering its fourth year, this professional learning community’s focus for 2026-2027 is on deepening collaboration, strengthening connections, and amplifying the voices of literacy leaders across Ontario.

The series provides a professional literacy network where leaders can both develop and deepen their knowledge of literacy leadership, while also supporting one another in the implementation of this work across boards. Board leaders can present their own learning and experiences, creating rich opportunities for dialogue and exchange.

Through a collaborative and responsive professional learning structure, the shared goal remains clear: to support educator development and positively impact student achievement.

Registration is open to individuals who are currently employed with an Ontario public school board who are in leadership positions tasked with implementing the new curriculum and MTSS, such as consultants, superintendents, and other board or system literacy leaders.

Note: Due to very high volumes of applications, registration is limited to educators with specific leadership roles.

Time:  12 pm – 1 pm ET

Dates:  The last Friday of most months – September 25, October 30, November 27, January 29, February 26, April 30, May 28
