Systems Change Collaborative 2025-2026

Now entering its third year, this professional learning series is taking an important step forward with Steve Krause, K–12 System Principal at NNDSB, serving as this year’s facilitator. Building on two years of foundational work, the focus for 2025-2026 is on deepening collaboration, strengthening connections, and amplifying the voices of literacy leaders across Ontario.

The series provides a professional literacy network where leaders can both develop and deepen their knowledge of literacy leadership, while also supporting one another in the implementation of this work across boards. This year, board leaders will have the opportunity to present their own learning and experiences, creating rich opportunities for dialogue and exchange.

Through a collaborative and responsive professional learning structure, the shared goal remains clear: to support educator development and positively impact student achievement.

Registration is open to individuals who are currently employed with an Ontario public school board who are in leadership positions tasked with implementing the new curriculum and MTSS, such as consultants, superintendents, and other board or system literacy leaders.

Note: Due to very high volumes of applications, registration is limited to educators with specific leadership roles.
