Answers to common questions and troubleshooting tips.

Log in to onlit.org and at the top of your Dashboard page (the page you will see right after you log in) there will be a list of all the events you are registered for. Click on "Details" next to any event to reveal the Zoom link.

There are a few things you can try:

-Check your spam/junk folder.

-Add [email protected] to your contacts to try to keep messages out of spam.

-Make sure you are subscribed to our mailing lists, otherwise you will not be sent event confirmations, reminders or updates. Go to our Mailing List page to subscribe or change your preferences.

-Make sure you haven't blocked [email protected] using features from your email provider.

-Some organizations, especially school boards, have very strict anti-spam and anti-phishing tools in place. Talk to your IT department to see if [email protected] can be whitelisted.

Still having issues? Reach out to us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to investigate.

Click here and enter your email. A password reset email will be sent to you within a few minutes.

If you are looking for resources related to explicit and systematic literacy instruction, use the search bar or filtering features partway down the page in our Resource Library. The results will be easier to sort through, and faster to refine to make them more relevant to your needs.

The general search bar at the top of the website will provide results from across the entire site, but is not optimized for Resource Library items.

We are always looking to improve and correct our content and would be happy to hear from you!
