Les directions des services \u00e9ducatifs, les conseillers et conseill\u00e8res p\u00e9dagogiques et les accompagnatrices et accompagnateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler ensemble pour transformer notre approche \u00e9ducative et pour soutenir le personnel enseignant dans la mise en \u0153uvre du nouveau programme-cadre de fran\u00e7ais (2023) de mani\u00e8re plus efficace et inclusive, soit en adoptant une approche de litt\u00e9ratie structur\u00e9e. Voici un aper\u00e7u des initiatives cl\u00e9s qui ont marqu\u00e9 notre parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prise de conscience et partage de nos besoins de formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par une \u00e9valuation honn\u00eate de nos besoins de formation, ce qui nous a permis de mieux comprendre les lacunes et les opportunit\u00e9s d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration. Cela a jet\u00e9 les bases d&rsquo;une collaboration fructueuse, avec un partage transparent des d\u00e9fis et des solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perfectionnement en leadership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre r\u00e9seau s&rsquo;est \u00e9galement concentr\u00e9 sur le perfectionnement en leadership, en outillant le personnel non expert en litt\u00e9ratie structur\u00e9e pour en faire des leaders p\u00e9dagogiques. Ces efforts ont, sans doute, renforc\u00e9 notre capacit\u00e9 collective \u00e0 diriger des initiatives de changement syst\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9pistage pr\u00e9coce universel et outils d\u2019\u00e9valuation de progr\u00e8s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les besoins en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;outils d\u2019\u00e9valuation fiables \u00e9tant grands, nous avons discut\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences sous-jacentes \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension en lecture et de leur \u00e9valuation pour mettre en place un mod\u00e8le d\u2019intervention ax\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats, en utilisant le diagramme d\u2019ONlit intitul\u00e9 \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/onlit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Donner-un-sens-au-depistage-f.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/onlit.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Donner-un-sens-au-depistage-f.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Donner un sens au d\u00e9pistage<\/a> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/onlit.org\/fr\/ressource\/donner-un-sens-au-depistage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Donner un sens au d\u00e9pistage<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partage de ressources et strat\u00e9gies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le partage des ressources et des strat\u00e9gies a \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de nos derni\u00e8res rencontres collaboratives. Nous avons partag\u00e9 des vid\u00e9os pour modeler au personnel enseignant comment fournir un enseignement explicite des notions fondamentales en lecture et en \u00e9criture, autant pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant le fran\u00e7ais comme langue primaire que pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves apprenants du fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En somme, cette ann\u00e9e de collaboration et d&rsquo;innovation a renforc\u00e9 notre engagement envers une \u00e9ducation inclusive et \u00e9quitable.
