(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontario.ca\/fr\/document\/education-en-ontario-directives-en-matiere-de-politiques-et-de-programmes-168\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NPP 168<\/a>)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84262d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"84262d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les attentes sp\u00e9cifiques du domaine B2 sont d\u00e9crites dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/assets-us-01.kc-usercontent.com\/fbd574c4-da36-0066-a0c5-849ffb2de96e\/e1e56060-7082-45c0-9d46-960e3cd07e0c\/AnnexeA_NotionsFondamentales_v5.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Continuum des notions fondamentales de la lecture et de l\u2019\u00e9criture.<\/a> Les comp\u00e9tences du continuum se renforcent mutuellement d\u2019ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e. C\u2019est pourquoi il est important d\u2019utiliser les donn\u00e9es de d\u00e9pistage et d\u2019\u00e9valuation diagnostique pour guider l\u2019enseignement. Ces donn\u00e9es sont utiles autant pour \u00e9valuer les forces et les besoins d\u2019une ou d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e8ve en particulier que pour planifier l\u2019enseignement pour l\u2019ensemble de la classe.<\/p><p>En collaboration avec vos coll\u00e8gues, envisagez d\u2019analyser les donn\u00e9es des \u00e9l\u00e8ves afin d&rsquo;identifier des groupes d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant des besoins similaires dans les diff\u00e9rentes classes et niveaux scolaires. Un mod\u00e8le d\u2019intervention tel que le d\u00e9cloisonnement d\u2019un niveau scolaire permettrait des interventions cibl\u00e9es en petits groupes en fonction des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 travailler, ce qui serait bien plus efficace.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f16eda6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f16eda6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Remarque<\/strong> : Lorsque des \u00e9l\u00e8ves pr\u00e9sentent des difficult\u00e9s, un retour en arri\u00e8re sur les comp\u00e9tences de base (Jardin d\u2019enfants\/1re ann\u00e9e) peut s\u2019imposer.
